Meet the Staff

Our Dedicated Team of Educators

The staff at A2D Academy are truly exceptional! They are the heart and soul of our learning center and the first welcoming faces you will meet. With a diverse team of educators, we work closely with students every day to provide the best possible support for all learners.

At A2D Academy, we are committed to providing your child with the best support, which is why we personally recruit and interview every educator. We ensure all staff members have the necessary experience, education, and knowledge to meet your child’s needs.

Commitment to Excellence:

Our teachers and directors collaborate consistently to develop and refine teaching materials and techniques. For your child’s safety, all staff members undergo background checks and are trained in CPR and Pediatric First Aid/Choking for young children.

Our Staff Roles:

  • Directors lead the core mission of A2D Academy by overseeing all logistical aspects and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. They are also vital in actively connecting with and mentoring students while they are at the facility.
  • Lead Teachers hold current Minnesota State Teaching Licenses.
  • Co-teachers are educational professionals, which may include past teachers, individuals pursuing an education degree, aspiring teachers, or those with significant experience caring for and teaching children.
    • Together, our Lead and Co-teachers are responsible for managing each classroom across our various programs. They collaborate to design and refine the curriculum, ensuring the delivery of exceptional lessons.
