Spring Artisan Fair

Saturday May 1st, 2027 is our Spring Artisan fair!

Last years artisan fair was a huge success! Our top earning kid-preneur sold $300 worth of cookies at the artisan fair! We’re looking forward to see what our incredibly creative kids can do this year!!

An essential skill is the ability to be an entrepeneur

At A2D, we believe creativity, confidence, and entrepreneurship can start early. The Kid-Preneurship Artisan Fair is a fun, inspiring event where young creators turn their ideas into real businesses.

Our 2nd-5th grade classroom (Redwood room) will: create and present their products to a group of Sharks in our own Shark Tank Mini. Products that have the chance to succeed will progress and be funded by A2D.

From art and crafts to baked goods, jewelry, and more. It’s a chance for young entrepreneurs to learn valuable skills like creativity, problem-solving, communication, and financial responsibility in a supportive community environment. At A2D we focus on teaching skills that are essential.

Participants who do not move forward in the Shark Tank Mini will engage in additional hands-on activities, including making dump cakes and developing an illustrated comic book.

The K-1 Classroom (Evergreen) will be creating an illustrated feelings book and plant-watering bulbs.

Families and community members are invited to come shop, support, and celebrate the incredible talents of our young makers.

What to Expect at the Spring Artisan Fair:

  • Booths run by kid entrepreneurs

  • Handmade crafts, art, and unique products

  • A fun, family-friendly community atmosphere

  • Opportunities for kids to learn business skills and build confidence

Whether your child wants to start their first small business or simply share something they love to make, the A2D Kid Entrepreneurship Artisan Fair is the perfect place to begin.

A2D Academy will provide all he necessary materials for the Shark Tank approved groups. Time will be allocated daily for students to work on the project during their regular schedule. Funded students are required to complete their projects, ensuring all products are made and that they participate in the final sale. Any work not completed during class time should be finished at home. Students must adhere to the timeline and ensure everything is completed promptly. We are asking that families know, understand, and support the different tasks being completed on time.

Timeline

2027’s timeline for these projects is yet to be announced.
